What Is Guided Autobiography
Guided Autobiography (GAB) is a structured, reflective writing and storytelling process developed by Dr. James Birren at USC in 1975 to help individuals explore their life experiences.
This process can be a powerful tool for personal growth, healing, and community building.
By sharing and reflecting on their experiences, participants find meaning and connections with others, and gain a renewed sense of purpose.

We use website building platforms Wix, Squarespace and Webador as examples of the easy, drag-and drop DIY eb builders. But ultimately you will have the knowledge and understanding about building web pages that you can use most of the available platforms
